Federal employees with at least three years of service are eligible to apply, as are their spouses and college-age dependents. All students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (unweighted) and must submit a complete application by the March 30, 2012 deadline. Employees may be part-time students; spouses and dependents must have full-time student status. The website also includes FAQs concerning eligibility or completing the application.
