Just recently, our FEA President, Rik Lineback appointed Carol Gallagher from the Food & Drug Administration as our newly appointed Secretary to service out the term of office formerly held by Becky Crawford, who is retiring early June. We wish Carol all the best and look forward to supporting her in her new leadership role.
At a recent Executive Board Meeting the question of membership for those who have retired from Federal service (Civilian & Military) was addressed. The current Constitution and Bylaws allows retiring members the opportunity to continue their membership as long as they stay in good standing (pay their dues). The matter was addressed at the January Business Meeting and Luncheon and a overwhelming majority voted to set the dues for those who have retired from Federal Service (military or civilian) to pay and annual amount of $10.00. A new membership application will be provided for all future applicants who are interested in membership with the Federal Executive Association of Greater Indianapolis.
